Rate Limits

We have had to implement weekly, rolling rate limits on the amount of code Sourcery can review in pull requests.

This is a result of a large spike in pull request volume and size from coding agents, causing a 5-10x increase in the top 5% daily PR volume/size.

Hopefully you will rarely run into these limits, but if you do they reset every day and are recalculated based on the total size of your pull requests over the past 7 days.

Rate Limit Tiers

Rate limits are calculated by the number of characters in your pull request diffs over a rolling 7 day window.

For each member of your team/organization the rate limits for each of our pricing plans are:

Plan	7 Day Character Rate Limit
Free	500,000
Pro	1,500,000
Team	2,500,000

To clarify - within a team or org the rate limit is the collective limit across all of your team members. So if you are a team of 5 on our Team tier then you will have a combined rate limit of 12,500,000 characters over a 7 day window.

Requesting an Increased Rate Limit

If you are running up against rate limits and would like an increase you can reach out to support@sourcery.ai. While we can't guarantee we can increase your rate limit, we will try to work with you to get you as much access to Sourcery as possible.
